Private Jet Consulting

The Jet Owner Group and Marcil Technology have been providing consulting services to aircraft owners, operators and fractional users since 1996.  Our strategy is to do what few can do for you - provide an objective, professional and experienced perspective as you navigate the labyrinth of business aviation.

Acquisition

Are you thinking of scooping up an aircraft now that values have fallen precipitously?  Are prices as low as they are going to be? Should you go with a 5 year or 10 year old model, or is there an advantage to buying new?  Our flat fee acquisition service offers a clean view of what is best for you.  And our remuneration has nothing to do with what you end up with, be it a $3.5MM Lear 60 or a Gulfstream G150 you’ve earmarked $13.5MM for.  To obtain more information about our acquisition process, email us at consulting@jetowner.com.

Auditing

You like several companies, but you want to know the relative strength of the safety culture.  You like your manager, but feel there could more revenue.  We offer audits that focus on safety, revenue management as well as costing transparency.  To obtain more information about our auditing process, email us at consulting@jetowner.com.

Fractional: Repurchase and Transition

Are you leaving fractional, or renewing?  Either way, you’ve got to haggle over the value of that share, but you simply have no idea what leverage (if any) you have in getting the program manager to pay you more than the 50% of its value they are offering you.  To obtain more information about our fractional and repurchase process, email us at consulting@jetowner.com.

Aircraft Marketing and Management

You own an aircraft, but realize your tax treatment is much better if you operate the aircraft under the umbrella of a Part 135 operator.  How do you go about comparing that small operation with the FBO near you or that manager that keeps soliciting you with that expensive direct mail?  To obtain more information about our aircraft management and marketing services, email us at consulting@jetowner.com.

Aviation Business Modeling

You’ve got this great idea, you may even have the funding.  But what are the weak points?  Where will the cash go in 30, 60 or 365 days?  View real time simulations of your aircraft and passenger operations for that air taxi start up you just can’t bear not to launch.  See money melt into your operations and tune your sales and revenue accordingly.  To obtain more information about our simulation based business consulting, email us at consulting@jetowner.com.
